The mission of the Hanford High Drama Boosters is to build students intellectually, emotionally, physically, spiritually, and artistically through support of the Drama Program.
Typically four to five shows are presented each year. The Boosters organize parent volunteers to support these productions. We provide support for everything from lights and sound to costumes, sets and props. The students run the show while the parents mentor and support their efforts.
The Drama Boosters raise funds through membership fees, concession sales, and the annual Dessert Theatre. We support student fundraising through various activities including Fame Camp and car washes. Funds raised are used for scholarships, transportation to events such as the Shakespeare Festival in Ashland, Oregon, production materials (e.g. fabric for costumes, paint for sets), and lunch for set construction volunteers.

Booster involvement
Hanford’s great productions don’t just happen. They are the result of an incredible amount of work and creativity on the part of our students, directors and volunteers. That’s where the Drama Boosters come in. Parents and other friends of Hanford drama support the program by volunteering our time and skills. Please join us in supporting our students in this great endeavor. Volunteer!
